An eye-wateringly beautiful Japanese lounge, Ebisu on Robson is one to add to the bucket list! Tapas and sushi collide for a sharing experience like no other.

Dynamic and smart, this eatery is good on the eye as well as the stomach. Whatever your dining style, there's a table with your name on it. Slick white booths and polished oak tables sit pretty under sky-high ceilings, dramatic drapes and mesmerising artwork, while the bar acts as a funky centrepoint that (colourfully) celebrates all things Japanese.

Now, the best things in life are shared and at Ebisu, it's no different. Mix and match textures and flavours with the likes of crispy tempura, silky sashimi and crunchy California rolls. Chicken karaage finds a friend in the kamei katsu don, cheese scallops are positively popping alongside some dynamite rolls and the volcano roll is a certified flavour eruption with some truffle fries.
